Customer satisfaction is of the essence to our business. Therefore if you're unhappy with any purchase from our site, don't worry. Contact our customer support team and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue.

Purchased items which you're unhappy with can be returned in their sealable condition within 28 days unused with hygiene tags or strips attached and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been worn or have hygiene strips removed, the smell of smoke, cosmetic products, or pet hair on the product or fabric (if applicable).

Customized items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Please check the size and other relevant details of the product before ordering. However, if it's a manufacturing fault, please email our customer support team with picture evidence of fault/damage and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

The customer however would need to pay for the cost of the return. A refund shall be processed once the package has been received and checked. The duration of the amount reaching your account is dependent on your card provider, however, we hope to have your refund processed within 7-10 working days. Please note that all refunds are subject to your proof of purchase. This could be your email confirmation of the order or other evidence such as a bank statement.

FAIR USE

Where we suspect fraudulent activity with your account or notice unusual or suspicious activity with your account, we reserve the right to withhold your refund and/or block your account. Such activities include but are not limited to claims of orders not being received, items missing, ordering and returning more than our regular KMCee Style customer, unusual patterns of ordering from our website, or suspicions of buying items to use and/or wearing them for longer periods and then returning them. Please note we reserve the right to take further actions against you if the item(s) returned do not match what you ordered.
